Terms & Conditions Governing Independent Sales Reps (ISR)

Highlights & Relationship

• Independent Sales Rep (ISR) earns commissions on all sales generated through their Replicated Website.
• ISR acts as an independent sales representative of E-Stationery Depot.  ISRs are not partners, joint venture, franchisees, agents, or employees of E-Stationery Depot.
  ISRs shall not represent their relationship with E-Stationery Depot as anything other than as an independent sales representative.

ISRs Responsibilities

• Market replicated website online and to warm market.
• Email clients and promote E-Stationery Depot products.  (Spam will not be tolerated).
• ISRs will conduct themselves in a professional manner and will maintain a reputation for fair dealing and exemplary service among its customers or clients.  ISRs will not make any statement, or take any action, that could reasonably be expected to reflect poorly on E-Stationery Depot or on the reputation of E-Stationery Depot or its products and services.
• ISRs will remain well-informed concerning E-Stationery Depot's products and services. Among other things, ISRs will review E-Stationery Depot's web site occasionally to ensure that they are reasonably familiar with E-Stationery Depot's product offerings, pricing, promotions and service terms and conditions.
• ISRs will immediately notify E-Stationery Depot of any change in their mailing address, telephone, e-mail or other contact information. If the Company is unable to contact the ISR after making 5 or more attempts in any 15 business day period, E-Stationery Depot may in its sole discretion, terminate the ISR’s account and/or convert the ISR’s customers to E-Stationery Depot customers.

E-Stationery Depot Responsibilities

• Contact all customers and distributors to follow up on all orders placed on the ISR's website.
• Communicate with ISR if an order could not be filled (cancelled, default payment, etc.).
• Pay commissions to ISRs according to the Payment Policies below.

Payment Policies:

• Commissions will be calculated every Friday at midnight EST.
• Commission reports will be emailed on Monday.
• Commissions will be paid on Wednesday through PayPal or Solid Trust Pay.
